Talent Pest Control

We recently had a pest control company come out to inspect our apartment community, and I was truly impressed with the level of service they provided. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly assess the property, explain their findings clearly, and answer all of our questions without rushing the process. What stood out most was their attention to detail and the respect they showed for our residents and shared spaces. They approached everything with care and professionalism, which is incredibly important in a community setting. Overall, it was a great experience. I’m confident in their expertise and hopeful that we’ll have the opportunity to do business together moving forward. I would absolutely recommend their services to other property managers and communities looking for reliable, high-quality pest control support.

?????????? Outstanding service from Talent Pest Control! Our experience with Talent Pest Control was excellent from start to finish. Our technician, Tyler Jackson, was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain the pest control process, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was handled properly. As a real estate team with PILOT Realty, we truly appreciate working with reliable, trustworthy vendors, and Talent Pest Control exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and preventative approach to pest and rodent control gave us confidence that the property was in great hands. If you’re looking for dependable pest control services, termite prevention, or rodent control in the area, we highly recommend Talent Pest Control and Tyler Jackson. Our team looks forward to continuing this partnership and working together on future properties. Highly recommend! ??

I request Mike for my service each quarter. I have known him for years. He is always very professional and friendly. He is also very thorough in treating my home and the outside areas. I’m very happy and pleased that he’s doing so well with Talent . You have a great employee in Mike! Not to mention that we never have any issues with insects in our house. I would recommend talent to anyone needing a pest control service.

Honestly, my first impression was a professional appearing gentleman with the most natural respectful “ yes sir’s “, I have heard since my military days. Now I can only comment on the company representative free inspection but the time he spent at my home far exceeded others that did the same supposed inspection ! So I still await my estimate but I’m pretty sure I have made my final decision ! So before any crawl space work was done a termite crew came out and began burying termite traps in to the ground all around the house . The crawl space rebuild is under way so Now that the crew has finished the beam and joists installation under our home, we can proudly say the floors feel rock solid everywhere ! These men are extremely courteous and professional, not to mention extremely hard workers . Now talking about the price , well they were twice better than other estimates from other foundation companies , so I can only honestly say,, you’re wasting your time looking anywhere else for crawl space floor repair ! And now the next crew moves in to perform the complete encapsulation procedure with the dehumidifier installation ! So in closing, TALENT TERMITE/FOUNDATION CO . #1.

Talent was recommended to me by my realtor (first time home buyer, idk anything) and they really are top notch. They're professional, kind, and educational. They're quick to respond outside of business hours which is MUCH appreciated. Corey just completed our 6-month treatment follow up (which I didn't even realize was included, again, newbie) and we're pleased that the treatment is working. Thank you Talent for going above and beyond for your people!
