I really can't rate the service at this point since today was my first application of their treatment. The technician that visited me was courteous, and what about his work in an efficient manner. Again, I can't really rate him since I really wasn't paying attention to what he was doing. He arrived and went about doing his work and left. We had a very minimum interaction. Only time we'll tell if the service is worth the price.I paid, and I won't know that for some time and to the future. I rated them three stars for now until I can actually get some time to evaluate the results.
Joe was great! Super friendly, professional, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s nice working with someone who genuinely cares about helping homeowners protect their property. I really appreciated the transparency and education throughout the entire process.I’ve also been getting quotes for other home upgrades and had no idea Mission Pest offered some of these additional services. Joe identified areas that needed attention and provided a detailed, no-pressure quote on the spot. Being able to address multiple issues in one inspection was a huge bonus for me.
I don't like leaving "bad" reviews. Scott came to offer our family pest control, and walked our entire yard with my husband, assuring him that all the webs would be cleaned, and all the areas would be sprayed. The tech who did the job was very kind, but left so much of our yard untouched. There are webs left everywhere. I called to ask for our money back, as my husband walked the yard and was very dissatisfied. The manager said they do not offer refunds, but that they would send someone to go over the yard again. We did not want to have anyone back, as we do not trust them any longer. It's hard to guess what percentage of our yard was done properly, but I would recommend steering clear. Or at least making sure you are home watching the entire job. We have picture after picture of all of the parts of the yard that were missed. In addition, my daughter's bedroom window was sprayed and is now covered in streaks.UPDATE: Marina, one of the managers, called and followed up with us multiple times to apologize for us not being satisfied with the job. She was very kind and it was nice that the company reached back out to apologize for the poorly done job, and that they wanted to make it right.
Mission Pest Control of Escondido California, is the best! Someone brought a cockroach into my home so I was super anxiety since I had never even had a flea. From the first phone call on Saturday February 21st 2026 Colton scheduled his team to come out on Monday, he would have sent a team on Saturday except I had to clean up all the diatomaceous earth that I had spread over my kitchen. AI even instructed me to use a professional company even though I had used the diatomaceous earth. I am so happy I made that decision to use Mission Pest Control. They were like the calvary, three trucks came to my home on Monday. They took down all the cobwebs from underneath the roof overhang sprayed sprayed the outside of the house to get rid of ants ans spiders, came into the house and sprayed all interior moldings and a sprayed into the two Cupboards in which I found German cockroach nest. They reassured me everything is under control and they will come back in 1 month and then on a 3-month basis. Jeff ,Daniel and Juan you all were very knowledgeable to all my questions, professional and courteous,thank you so much !!!!
Update! I got a call from a manager in the afternoon on the same day of service apologizing and they came and refill the bait box they missed! My rating changed due to their quick action and their excellent customer service!The service should have been good if he didn’t forget to refill 1 of the rat bait he opened. Will call customer service to come back and refill what they missed.
