James arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment which was impressive. He was very courteous as well as knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the pest control process to us. We also appreciate the quick and timely response (same day) to our situation.
Cen-Tex has been consistently courteous and thorough no matter which tech is out. It’s on the higher-price side (I pay annually), but well worth the money to have my large yard sprayed each and every time in addition to the house. If anything shows up between service they’re Johnny on the Spot without any additional fees.
James was great! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He treated our house inside and out in a timely manner. He worked well with our 4 rambunctious dogs, and provided us with all the information we needed to keep them safe from adverse effects from the treatment areas. He said, if we see any live bugs after 10 days, we can call, and he will come do a second treatment at no charge. I highly recommend Cen-tex Pest Control.
