Orkin

Dakota consistently demonstrates exceptional professional skills and deep knowledge. His expertise reassures my wife and me that our home and property are well protected from insects and rodents, allowing us to enjoy our peace of mind with gratitude.

We have nothing but GREAT things to say about this team. From the scheduling to the visit, everyone is very polite and friendly. Fabeain is very professional, informative and quick to get the job done. I definitely recommend them to everyone who needs a monthly pest control.

Our persistent rodent problem required professional help, and Orkin's Waco Team delivered. We called and had Technician Brian on-site the same day—he was incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring. Home Inspector Catherine conducted a thorough assessment, using photos to explain her concerns clearly and outlining all effective treatment options. All follow-up technicians have been fantastic. Count on the Waco Orkin Team for prompt, high-quality service and confidence in pest resolution.

Orkin had always been great, very friendly and easy to work with. I had a tough, persistent issue that I thought was a lost cause. Dakota was the tech handling my issue. He refused to give up and really went above and beyond. After several appointments and some really innovative combat techniques, he got me squared away and no more problems! Highly recommend!!

Great customer service. My Orkin experience was great start to finish. Scheduling was easy. I received a discount to get started and my representative Gary was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this company and their employees.
