William C. was my service technician today. He did a thorough treatment of the outside, front and backyard then met me to treat inside the house. He noted a couple areas for me to keep an eye on regarding spiders and pest intrusion and he placed several sticky mats for bugs in the garage.He was very professional and personable. Overall, I was highly satisfied with this service.
