Over several years, we've called upon them for a variety of issues, and they are always friendly, helpful, and provide effective treatments to address the issue. I think our technician on this call was Craig (sp?), and he was very thorough, explained things, and worked efficiently. Highly recommend Elite Ops!

These guys are so good. I lived in my building 30 + years, and although I personality haven’t had issues in the different units, the trash room was scary at times. But since we have had Elite Ops the last few years.. so much better. Not scared to walk in trash room anymore. ??
The exterminators are super friendly and knowledgeable and are happy to answer any questions
