Chris did s thorough inspection when i called about a squirrel picknicking in my attic. After finding obvious other problems in the attic we came up with a plan to address all of them. After the weekend, Matt showed up install a humane trap to catch the furry guy and begin treatment for the other problems. Both Chris and Matt seemed very knowledgeable and personable. Each of them not only explained what they were doing but also gladly answered questions in detail. Now it just remains to see how well it works.
We had a mice issue and a great experience with Holiday Termite and Pest Control. Anthony was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain the situation and options. He recommended a modern, humane feeding system, which we really appreciated as it avoided dealing with visible or deceased mice. He answered all our questions and made us feel confident we were in good hands. Highly recommend.
The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and arrived on time. He explained the process clearly. It’s still early to tell effectiveness but setup and communication were straightforward. The mouse boxes have been in place for a little over a week now and there’s no activity so far which may be a good sign.
This is my first year in my home and thus my first time experiencing the scratching sounds coming from the crawlspace and attic. Mike came and was able to quickly identify entry points and show me where rodents have been enjoying the accouterments of my home. He helped to provide a personalized solution and had an amazing tech (Alicia) at my home to begin the process within days according to my schedule. I can truly appreciate the friendly professionalism, timely response, and the added value that “23 years of experience” brings.
I would have given the service one more star if they were more honest about their business. I loved the idea of a service that could use safe chemicals around the inside the home and outdoors. Upon the first spring indoors the person came in with a tank that indicated what she was going to spray was toxic, I asked her about it and she agrees that it wasnot safe around pets. I have both a cat and dog. I was told initially they only used safe chemicals but that was not completely true. They do have pet safe sprays but you have to directly ask them to bring it rather than the poison. The service is $50.00 dollars a month but they only come to spray every 3 months, so you are looking at $150 everything they come to spray, and you are locked in for a year so you are paying $600 for a person to spray around your home. I do not know how well it works for fleas but I have not seen as many spiders as I had without their service. So the tldrGoodThey take their time to really sprayIt is easy to contact them when there is a problemThey have pet safe chemicals if you ask themThey will touch up the chemicals in your home if the pests start coming backThey contact you before they come to sprayThey are punctualBadThey charge you for the months they do not spray (they spray every three months)They are more likely to bring the poison rather than the safe chemicalsIm not sure if the safer chemicals actually get rid of the pests, I put my pets in a separate area in my house when the sprayed the first timeThey are door to door sales people they will try to upset to you even after you buy into their serviceThey need to be 100% honest and open about their service, I learned a lot about what they actually do after I paid and signed. I was misinformed on how many times they come to visit. The services is not bad but you would be so much better if you were open and honest with your clients. I really do not care about anything other than what you do, when you do it, how much it costs and how can I contact you if theres a problem. That being said next year I will not be renewing my service just because I was misinformed about the service I was given.
