Tyler came for my home inspection for rodent/critter proofing. He communicated in pretty good detail some things they would inspect more and seal.
The home proofing does require a one time service or quarterly service and he understood my wishes not to use pesticides, glue traps etc. and didn’t push anything on me.
I really just want to make sure my house is sealed so nothing can get in and obviously make sure to eliminate what might be in the home and that’s all.
He was professional and explained everything well.
I haven’t done anything yet so TBD on the rest
