My pest issue has been bats and ants and all I can say is that 5 stars is not enough for Blake and his team at Bobcat Wildlife and Pest Management! Blake is prompt and knowledgeable, has stellar customer service skills (I never felt like I was asking a silly question), is professional with attention to detail. We wrapped up the job today and I know that if this pest issue returns or a new one crops up, I can contact Blake and all will be taken care of.
Would give zero stars if allowed. Paid way too much for 5 days of half assed attempts. Showed him pictures of 3 raccoons. He caught one and assumed the rest left. Did not seal up opening in attic, and never even went or looked in the attic to verify that they were gone. Needless to say after paying another contractor to seal the opening, they busted out in another spot. Raccoons are still here. I feel like I was taken advantage of.
Blake and his team are born problem solvers. Took care of a whole house of raccoons for me when they were living in the attic of a home I had bought. They set traps, checked them regularly, caught mama and then babies. Handled them professionally and swiftly and they never returned. I then hired him for mice at another property. Took care of them too. Top notch service and answers every time I call!
Blake responded promptly to my phone message. He came to my home to access my mice problem that very same day. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about my situation. He was patient in answering my many questions. The strategies he used were very effective in getting rid of the mice in my house!Very reasonable price!
