My recent experience with Jon was fantastic! He went above and beyond the call of duty to do everything he could to keep mice from entering my garage again and did an amazing job of proactively sealing potential issues around the perimeter of my home. Bait boxes were set up outside, as well. To ease my mind, he set traps in my basement utility room and kitchen, even though there was no concrete evidence of mice inside the home. Jon, along with Ezra, then added pest-resistant insulation to my attic. They did an absolutely amazing job of cleaning up after their work was finished. Jon has been so patient and responsive to the myriad of questions that I have had and has helped me so much to put my mind at ease during this unsettling experience. I highly recommend Jon as an experienced, knowledgeable, and patient professional!
Lindsey @ Orkin was absolutely amazing! She was quick and efficient while also listening to my concerns about where I had the most bug/wasp issues. She made sure to hit all those areas and some I didn't think of. Lindsey also explained what she was doing every step of the way, the type of products being used, and even how they worked. I felt very informed and taken care of.
