As an update to my original review...we switched from a pest control company who we've used for many years, to Spidexx, and I could not be more pleased. Jennifer really goes above and beyond. Mike tagged along on this visit to assist with the initial setup of equipment, and it is clear that he has an extensive knowledge of the requirements needed to comply with the SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturer of Food Packaging. That really put my mind at ease. I'm confident we will be in good hands with Jennifer and with Spidexx. I wish I would have made the change sooner!

Edit: An Account Manager contacted me and assured me that my appointments will be scheduled on the weekend from now on. If it is scheduled on a weekday again, my rating will be adjusted. They also assisted with the pricing, but only if I signed up for another year of service. I don't mind re-upping the service since it works and keeps the bugs away. I appreciate their quick response and good customer service, hence the five stars.

I like to have the inside of my house done… However, they always schedule my service for the middle of the day during the workweek. I have asked over and over to schedule me for the weekend, but it never happens. I always have to call in and reschedule, which is inconvenient. You would think that they review their “notes” that they always make before scheduling me.
In regards to the service, it definitely works and the techs are always nice. They clean all the webs and hives off the house. They are, in my opinion, a bit pricey.
