Beware of the contract and cancellation terms before signing up.I enrolled in their Clover Care service and continued to have pest issues the entire time—ants (inside and out), spiders, earwigs, beetles, and webs inside the home. Despite multiple services over several months, nothing was resolved.Scheduling was also frustrating. Appointments were repeatedly rescheduled due to reasons like technician availability, and I had to repeatedly explain my limited availability since I don’t live in the home full-time. Each time I pushed the urgency, an appointment would suddenly “open up.”When I reported ants, I was told they don’t cover certain types—both outside (including fire ants) and even some inside—without additional charges. This is not standard compared to other pest companies, many of which include these services at a lower cost.When I asked to cancel due to the lack of results, they offered to respray—despite having just serviced the property weeks prior and still not covering the pests I was dealing with. Before I could even respond and decline while I was out of town, they charged me a $75 early cancellation fee and closed my account, claiming they hadn’t heard back within a few days—even though their contract states they have 30 days to make things right before giving the option to waive that fee.Overall, the service was ineffective and the customer experience was frustrating. I’ve since switched to another company that came out the same day, services more frequently, costs less, and has already resolved the issue.I would not recommend Ross Pest and Lawn.
Came out for pest control about a month ago. Performed the service sent me an invoice and the bill was paid in full. The technician told me he would be back in a couple of weeks for a follow up and that there would be no additional charge. He came out did the follow up then I was charged an additional $105. Honest company? You be the judge.

Conner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. So happy to find this company who does honest work and are very effective in their treatments. With small children keeping some of these pests away like red ants and wasps is very important for us. Highly recommend this company and do not hesitate to giving them your business you will be very satisfied like we are.
