Friendly Pest Solutions never fails to provide a great experience. They always provide excellent communication and reminders about our appointments and payments. One time, the technician told us he accidentally broke a bulb on our outside string lights, which were absolutely horrible lights we ended up returning. We told him it was no big deal and it had been happening to a lot of them. Next thing we know, we got a card in the mail with a gift card expressing his apology! This was above and beyond excellent customer service. It was like two years ago and I still think about it lol. I trust them with my pest control and am extremely comfortable using them.
I checked many companies and Friendly Pest Solutions was far the best I have experienced. They are very reasonably priced. Ellie came out and did a thorough inspection with an associate. They sprayed every room and the garage. Also brushed the eaves and carefully sprayed the entire outside. I have never had a problem or need to call them to respray.. Other big name companies in the past I have. I highly recommend Friendly Pest Solutions.
