I was quoted $800 for the first roach treatment at my tenant’s 850sf condo; and they said they only do ongoing maintenance services plans. Insane! While a Springfield MA company quoted me $375- which is still a lot! This is crazy!

Upon buying a farm, I encountered a infestation of pigeons and rodents in a farm store/barn. They were great! First removing the mice that were in the house and garage with no poisons used. Then they sealed the entire first floor of the house and garage and we have not had any traps triggered or heard/seen any mice since they completed their work right after Thanksgiving of 2022.
