After submitting another service request, my leasing office connected me to Frankie at Excell. He was quick, efficient, professional, kind, and thorough. His traps were successful within the first 24 hours and he was very responsive for additional follow-up. They entertained all of my nervousness and checked every corner of my apartment (interior and exterior). Would highly recommend hiring Excell Pest Control!

Here's what Frankie does that most won't: he is athletic, in-shape, has the gear to access difficult places, and is willing to do so. This is critical in the enclosure process, which he tackled using a variety of materials, from my basement, through three floors, and to the attic.

Price is fair because he is a local service. Make sure you pay for his return trip; well worth it.

Easy to talk to, and his call receptionist is very nice as well.

Your home is your single biggest investment in life. If you have an insect or rodent that threatened that you need to act quickly to protect your investment. If you’re looking for timely, honest and reliable service look no further. For the first time in 20 years, we had swarmers, i.e. termites. I called Frankie and left a message on a Sunday and he returned my call and came out to see me the very next day to assess. I felt Frankie was thorough and checked everything. He then explained what he would recommend as the best treatment for my situation. Within a week, He was back with his crew providing a service that was personally guaranteed. It may not be often that you need an exterminator but when you do, I would highly recommend you call Frankie at Excell. He was upfront and honest and was not pushy. He gave me the recommendations and let me decide what fit my budget. Many others wanted to sell me on continued service that may not be necessary. Friendly honest and professional service. That’s what you’ll get. If I ever need an exterminator again, I’ll look no further.
