I have been using Fox Pest for regular monthly service over the past few years, but the extra services that are included are what really matter. They send a provider out quickly when you have issues such as ants or bees so that the problems don’t get out of control. My service man today was John Ortiz and he did an excellent job explaining what he would be doing to eradicate the problem.
From start to finish, Charles was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He helped explain the entire process in detail, walking me through what to expect and the steps he took to address my problem. I really appreciated the informative approach, as he answered all my questions patiently and made sure I understood the best practices for preventing future issues.
Luis did an excellent job all around. He came right on time, checked the basement thoroughly for the mice issue we had been having (generally much better now). Then outside, he checked the bait station, which required shoveling the snow to uncover it. He then thoroughly dusted the outside of the house. He was pleasant, with a good sense of humor, and all in all a pleasure to deal with.
We use Fox Pest Control's quarterly service and they've been fantastic. They're always quick to come out if anything comes up between treatments, which I really appreciate. Garrett and Dylan came out recently and were awesome! They were both super friendly, incredibly helpful, and very professional.Great service all around. Highly recommend!
