No, it didn’t go well at all this time. When did it become our responsibility to tell the service tech to come inside when that’s what I’m paying for!! I’ve been with this company for several years and our techs have always been great! Our tech is extremely nice, prompt and thorough! And this review has nothing to do with our tech. However, whomever is giving him instructions is lacking. Too add.. customer service promptly called to make this right, so I’m changing my stars. As the service has always been good with them.
Nozzle Nolen (NN) has been providing services for me at three different properties. All of their technicians are knowledgeable, listen to my concerns, and show respect for the property inside and out. Since contracting with NN, I have not seen any insects or rodents. Their products are pet friendly - their technicians are super friendly toward pets too!! Big shout out to Ron who is the technician at our newest property. He calls ahead, shows up on time, is thorough and very service oriented.
Manny was absolutely fantastic! He was very kind and as thorough as a detective on a mission. We have an attic above our garage, and I just casually pointed at it, and before I knew it, he was up there like a squirrel on a mission. Manny was also very punctual, he promised to be at our door at 9am, and he rang the doorbell with the precision of a Swiss watch. If you need a termite inspection, I would highly recommend Manny. He’s the bee’s knees of pest control!
