I have been purchasing products from this company for a number of years and was generally happy with the company and the products. However, over the last three months, I have been very dissatisfied. To the point that I will be searching for another supplier.
It has always been slightly irritating that the company charges shipping when the majority of online suppliers do not. But when it came time that I needed to return an order, they had the brass to charge shipping for the return. The reason for the return was due to their design. The product was so poorly designed as to make it unusable.
The final straw was today I have just spent 20 minutes placing a simple reorder because their system was not working correctly.
I am afraid my patience is gone, as am I.

After years of effort, I believe that I have just ordered my last set of webbing clothes moth no-survivor traps from you. When we first started our fight, we had a complete infestation throughout the house that had started in a feather duster. We finally had to take every item of wool out of our closets and put each into the dryer or freezer, tear up 2,000 square feet of wool carpet and substitute tile, and continually replace your traps. Your team was with us all the way.
