Dewayne Inglish was absolutely wonderful! He came to my house the same day I called and took care of the problem right away. He was incredibly professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I called up to ask about pricing for treatment in my home, and I was very impressed with how professional the staff was! The lady who helped me (I think she said her name was Tia?) was super friendly and helpful, and answered all of my questions and was very patient while I explained my issues. I’m still calling around for pricing, but Shoops is definitely at the top of the list so far! It’s definitely hard to find good customer service these days, but the staff there seems to be fantastic! Thanks Tia!!!
Absolute best service ever! Aaron is the young man that came out and was very professional, informative, and explained everything. He did an excellent job and I’d definitely recommend him again! He definitely needs a raise! He was a top notch employee and represented his place of employment well!
The weather was bad today and shoops came to disinfect the inside. They will come back for the backyard when it is not wet. I got a receipt for both services (inside and outside) when one of the service is not done yet. I expect a bill after full service.Also they came in with muddy shoes and saw it half way the house. There was mud on my carpet and my floor.They try to clean it with water but still a lot of dirty spots everyone.
