Asa was a very polite and friendly rep for this pest control company. He was knowledgeable, anticipated questions and thorough in his inspection. He knew his product and its application processes which made the entire thing simple and quick. Inspection was free and the treatment he proposed was reasonably priced. I gave him a 5 star review.

These guys are very dishonest . Their sales team will lie directly to your face to get you to sign their BS contract . They take advantage of your credit card as they force you sign up for autopay and charge you for months they don’t even service your property . If you sign up for their “premium package “ , they won’t even complete all the items you’re paying for . Today when my house was “serviced” I asked the technician what all was included in todays service or my package and he said “ I honestly have no idea , I’ve only been here for a year “ . He confirmed he basically was there to complete part of what I’m actually paying for ( I had to explain to him what is included ) . Don’t get stuck in their contract as you will pay for services not completed , then have to pay a $390 cancelation fee . Their contract is for a total of 18 months for them to basically rip you off . Even with the 18 month contract I will be canceling , as there are far better companies out there that are honest. A majority of them will even cover the cancelation fee . A majority of my neighbors signed up with them on the same day and have all had the same issues . After discovering how I have been scammed and lied too , it prompted me to look into their Google reviews , then search them on BBB . They barely have over a one star rating with BBB ( Better Business Bureau ) and have had 180 complaints filed against them in the last 3 years with only 59 being closed . I truly hope potential future clients look them up before getting trapped into their contract . This does explain why their sales team is so forceful and why their contract durations are so long . Once they are searched , nobody in their right mind would sign up with them .

They spray, they are friendly. But whatever they use does not work. I have spiders, ants and just about everything else everywhere. I understand they can't get it all, but it looks like nothing. Example; sprayed today. I saw a HUGE web attached to one of my cars and a tree. I came home after service, web still there. Spider as happy as can be. The people are very nice, the service is negative 5 stars.

Tyler did an outstanding job! I'm sitting outside on my deck at 8 PM and haven’t seen a single insect, mosquito, bug, or even a spider web. He consistently goes above and beyond, and his customer service is truly exceptional—well above standard. I gladly give him a 5?? rating—an easy A+!
