A one year contract is garbage. They charge a $100 cancellation fee. I will be changing once my year is up to another company that is more affordable and doesn't require an outdated contract that you have to pay to leave.
Jason is great. Always asks if any problems or areas that need attention. Says to call and he'll come back if I see anything that comes up.
Jason from Mantis provided excellent service. He got here at the time he provided and asked me about any problems I was having. He offered to spray the inside of the house with the outside, but I only had him spray one room.This is the first company that I have had pest control service with and am very pleased. My first treatment was at the beginning of the summer, and I was very impressed with the reduction of mud daubers on my porches.
Amy was our tech. She was prompt, speedy, and efficient! She noticed our three grandsons (10, 8, and 6) who arrived while she worked. She called me aside to warn me where she had applied material and to have me keep the kids away from those places until the stuff dried.
Every mantis employ that has come to my house has been extremely professional and polite. I particularly liked Amy. She was efficient kind and humorous. Thats always a win for me. The job has been done to my satisfaction. I live on a lake, which brings more creatures. They have been very helpful keeping the bugs and webs under control. Thankyou.
