We have been very happy with the service we get from Ehrlich. We have the best technician. Bill is extremely kind, friendly, thorough, and respectful of our property. He always asks if we’ve had any issues since our last service, and reminds us that if we do have any issues in between services, to call in and he will be happy to come back out. He provides an update on anything he notices during a visit, always shows up during the promised time slot, and had helped us identify and resolve a bee issue we had a few years ago.I rarely see an insect inside our home since he has been performing preventative maintenance on our property - maybe 1 or 2 per year, and they have been dead, so it appears the spray he uses works.I would recommend Ehrlich to anyone who wants a pest-free home.
Save yourself over $600 dollars & just buy your own traps & bait stations.Our neighbor's chicken coop brought in some rats; we managed to catch 2 in our own traps that we bought. 4 months & over $600 later, none of the traps Erlich set out caught anything. But the rats are able to get the food off of them without triggering them.In the first consultation they told us our traps wouldn't work because the rats can smell us on them. That at Erlich they wear gloves; well I watched them set multiple traps without using gloves.Then the first bill was almost $100 more than the original contract had quoted, it was over $600 when it was quote to be $560.They have sent 3 more bills for $70 but what are we paying for? Not a single trap captured anything. And they placed two bait stations in an areas we don't see much activity.Communication was awful, got the free consultation quickly; was told someone would schedule the first appointment within 5 days. Over two weeks later, after calling & emailing multiple times we finally got a hold of someone. First "treatment" wasn't until almost a full month later, and in that time we had caught two rats ourselves & none in the traps set by them.
Vinny is the best to work with. Excellent at communication and prompt. He's very knowledgeable, and also very jovial and a pleasure to work with. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and answer any questions and also goes into great detail around his process. I thought I had a major issue regarding squirrels and or mice, but Vinny was easily able to assess the situation and apply preventative measures, which approving to be effective. Since recently moving to a lake environment, pest control is a unique obstacle and Vinny at Ehrlich Pest control, make it easy!
