Ninefold Pest

Jacob S. Came to my house today and to say that my expectations were met and then some is an understatement. I have previously left a review for this company and the technicians who came to my house was nice and efficient but Jake? Now I know the standard I should be expecting from this company. I have been with ninefold for a year now and NO technician that has come to my house was a thorough as Jake. I have worked in pest control, as a retention manager, so I know the general services that are provided and haven’t had too many bug problems so I didn’t really complain. Jake called to give me a heads up he was on his way, he put booties on when entering my house, he actually brought in the bristles brush to take care of spider webs. When he treated the inside of my house he didn’t just only spray the door entry ways. He sprayed baseboards, ceiling corners, window seals. He actually sweeped the eaves and outside windows, no other technician even bothered to do that before even on my initial service. I actually felt like I was getting my moneys worth with Jake. If I could go back and change the stars I’d previously given to the other technician I would, now that I know this company has higher standards for their techs. Ninefold, previously evergreen( my previous reviews were on evergreen) will keep my business as long as each service comes with Jake standards. Thank you for taking care of my home and making me feel valued as a customer.

Jake ! Is our go to? He's absolutely amazing. His customer service goes beyond. He knows us by name. He's always friendly and he listens when we have any concerns It's hard to find Anyone like that. Especially nowadays!! We love him!! Ask for Jake!!

We had Jake Soboski come out for our pest service and he was outstanding. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he’s doing. This wasn’t a quick in-and-out appointment. He was thorough, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right.

Beyond that, he’s just a great guy: professional, respectful, and takes real pride in his work. We’ll be requesting Jake specifically for all future services. If you’re using this company, ask for him. You won’t want anyone else.

Jeromy Baez was fantastic. Super friendly and knowledgeable, and great with our dog. He dug out the rodent trap buried under a snow mound to move it to a better spot. He treated the inside as well as the outside and was a very enthusiastic young man. I've never had a bad tech, but Jeromy was exceptional and I'd be thrilled if he became our regular guy.

Our tech Hector was a excellent service tech.
He explained what he was going to do today and was adding some things to be done at our next scheduled service... esp removing the yellow jacket nest the wasn't done yet.
Overall, Hector was Highly Proficient with his service call and knowledge.
Very satisfied.

Jake (Jacob) was phenomenal. As a customer who doesnt really get the jargon but understands the purpose, he was able to explain things in an easy to digest kind of way. He was so polite, respectful, and down to earth. He was so knowledgeable about the company and products used and really prioritized our areas of concern. I appreciated how he made us aware of potential issues that could arise given the area we reside in and really felt like he was looking for our well being. I felt confident in his services and was really grateful for how personable he was.

Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. He acknowledged my issue with the Bees (I believe were a nest of Yellow Jack Bees). I haven't seen any bees since Josh left my residence.
I'm extremely pleased with the service and all the Technicians I had the pleasure of working with.
My experience with Evergreen Pest Solutions has been excellent results, with knowledgable and professional Techians, who go above and beyond to address all my concerns during each home vist. I couldn't have hired a better PEST CONTROL service, for my CARPENTER BEES problem. The results have been amazing.
