Customer feedback highlights responsive scheduling, with several noting same-day or quick visits after calling. Many reviews mention technicians who explain findings, seal entry points, and complete thorough inspections inside and out. Pricing is often described as fair. A minority of reviews cite communication gaps around bait station removal and follow-up coordination.

Housing Development Corporation of NEPA on Pestcor Inc.

Our agency contacted Pestcor to help with a squirrel problem that we were having at one of our buildings. I liked the fact that an actual person answered their office line, instead of an answering machine service. Ryan was great over the phone, collected our information to make us a customer, and ensured a tech would be able to come out that same day. Within a few hours, Patrick was on site and talked me through the services. He found where the squirrels were coming into the building and installed one-way doors to deter them out. Patrick called me a few days later to let me know he would come by to check for any new activity. Within a few days, we were squirrel-free! Other pest companies that I called before Pestcor either "don't do squirrels", didn't return my phone call, or didn't have enough staff to come out quickly. We highly recommend Pestcor and will be contacting them for any issues in the future!

Our technician has been very reliable and very thorough. This is our fourth pest control company and we couldn’t be happier with Procor’s service.

We managed to have the worst experience ever with this company. It started with us calling them because previous owners on the new home we bought had termite bait stations installed by Pestcor and we called Pestcor asking for them to be removed. We got a huge run-around and after 3 more phone calls, they finally routed us to some other company who came and removed half of them and forgot about the rest. We somehow gave Pestcor another chance after their free evaluation which determined no termites, but we had carpenter ants. We asked for a quote for initial remediation, as well as replacement of our garage door sweep which the evaluation upsold us to get fixed. It took two follow-ups on our part to finally get the quote, which their employee said must have gotten lost due to a "technical issue". It eventually ended up in our spam but not until after we followed up twice. We set up an appointment for BOTH an initial spray for the ants AND sweep replacement that was scheduled in advance. My husband re-arranged work meetings that day to make sure he was available. The morning of, a Monday, we get a call less than an hour before the tech, Patrick, was supposed to arrive asking us to reschedule because he was out that day. We were furious, not just because of the late notice, but because they apparently didn't have anyone else to send out in his place. We were told Patrick could come the next day and that we would get a call back from him. We waited over an hour and called again - we both work full-time and don't have the flexibility to futz around scheduling time off. When I called him, he said casually, "how about Wednesday?" I said, "how about you were supposed to come Monday, then I was told by the main office Tuesday, and this is disrespectful of our time". He got defensive and said there was some communication issue with the main office, which is not the customer's problem. Eventually some other guy came out that week, and my husband of course had to re-areange his work schedule, then show the new guy where all of the spots to spray were all over again. The new guy also had no idea about the garage door sweep, and so we ended up having to have someone else do that. Lastly, we did not get a bill for the service until 3 months later. The bill said it was 90 days overdue. We did not get charged a late fee, but I had to contact the main office again to confirm this because we never got a bill prior. The main office said the first bill was emailed the day after - we always check our spam, but I'm sure it was once again not sent due to their "technical issues". We will never use this company again nor refer them due to the headaches we experienced. My husband picked up spray at home depot and will do this himself from now on.

Robert Maloney on Pestcor Inc.

Had some bees find a hole in the mortar in brick sill in front window and had a few show up in the house.
Mark from Pestcor did a full inspection and secured the interior before outside treatment and problem solved.
Mark was very professional, competent and personable.
He also did a full outside home walk around to be sure no other problems existed.
Great service at a very fair price.
