Ants took up residence in my kitchen, so I contacted them on Friday around noon hoping to get this handled before the weekend. Krystle was the customer service agent and she was amazing!! It was really convenient to be able to handle everything through text since I wouldn't have been able to take a call at that moment. And she was so helpful when I had to make a last minute change on my time availability. The tech gave me a heads up call when he was on his way, as promised! All in all, it was a great experience!
