I had a fantastic experience working with Wendy at Pest Rangers today. With the weather warming up, I was concerned about carpenter ants returning to my Airbnb in the Poconos. Because it’s a rental property, scheduling is always a bit of a puzzle, but Wendy was incredibly helpful and patient in working around my existing guest bookings.

Beyond just scheduling a one-time visit, she helped me set up a new account to ensure the home stays protected year-round, which gives me great peace of mind. She was so pleasant to speak with and genuinely cared about making sure I had everything I needed. Ants took up residence in my kitchen, so I contacted them on Friday around noon hoping to get this handled before the weekend. Krystle was the customer service agent and she was amazing!! It was really convenient to be able to handle everything through text since I wouldn't have been able to take a call at that moment. And she was so helpful when I had to make a last minute change on my time availability. The tech gave me a heads up call when he was on his way, as promised! All in all, it was a great experience!

Customer Service rep ( Krystle ) is fantastic and the technician ( Joey W ) came to my house, put on booties and did his job and was so respectful, polite and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was not in a hurry. They proudly honored the warranty and I NEVER had a problem with communication. My boss was having issues with her rental property as some “uninvited tenants” (mice) decided to move in with no lease. After calling around for quotes, I contacted Pest Rangers and had the pleasure of working with Wendy.

She was incredibly patient, truly listened to our concerns, and even allowed us to send photos so she could provide accurate pricing. Their quote was by far the most competitive, included a warranty, and the monthly maintenance plan was very reasonably priced—and it covers everything.

Wendy communicated with me by phone, email, and text, and every interaction was prompt, clear, and professional. She took the time to explain each step of the process so we knew exactly what to expect.
