These guys were excellent. I requested an inspection on Friday and they were there Monday right on time. I had contact info with my technician and could track his arrival time (he called and got permission to come early). The technician was knowledgeable and efficient with my time. If you get a chance, talk to Angus - good ole boy - enjoyable to talk to.
Coty is so extremely thorough and has helped us fix any issues we have had with rodent access to our attic or crawl space. On top of that, he is friendly and easy to communicate with to work through these issues. Top notch professional!
We enjoyed 5 Star service from Port City Pest! Angus and Coty stayed in contact with us throughout several visits over a few weeks. They worked in tandem with Crawlspace Concepts to schedule their visits and procedures in a way that helped each other finish their separate jobs in the best way possible. Coty came out first to inspect our crawl space and grounds, and spent a considerable amount of time talking with us about each step of the job. Angus acted as expeditor throughout the process.
