Had a huge rat that came into the house after taking out the trash. Sheraz and Sam were kind and professional. They were given the wrong information about the job, they were told it was a mouse problem. Even so Sheraz knew exactly what to do and secured the massive rat quickly and efficiently. They were fast and available on short notice when others wouldn't have been able to come until the next day or longer. I can't thank them enough.

Called Windsor Pest Terminators after a giant rat launched itself out of my takeout bag and took refuge in my gas fireplace. They arrived within 20 minutes, calmly assessed the situation, moved furniture “just in case,” and handled the problem with professionalism, speed, and zero judgment for my entirely reasonable shrieks. The intruder was captured within 25 minutes. Was it dramatic? Yes. Was it effective? Extremely. Was it the best money I’ve ever spent? Without question. If you ever need calm, competent humans to deal with an uninvited rodent who has made terrible life choices (including stealing half a spring roll and biting into a pouch of sriracha), these are your guys. Highly recommend. Would absolutely call again — though I sincerely hope I never have to.

We have lived here for almost 2 decades and having house on the lake has made us encounter several kinds of species over the years and thus hv had to deal with several pest controllers, however have never ever seen or met on3 who is so educated, culturally sophisticated, knowledgeable, expert in his field as well as ethically priced. Wow kudos to Shiraz bhai for filling in this gap in our beautiful Windsor. We had a bat issue and he came and was able to tackle it within 5 minutes of him looking into the matter.
