Had them treat my apartment suite for roaches, not the source, they found 2 and went with the most extreme treatment which was to have me turn my apartment inside out twice in 10 days even though the insecticide lasts 90 days. A total of 2 roaches were ever found, and both were spotted coming from pipes. No communication was given that when treatment started around me I should cover my drains. If it had there would have been no roaches in my apartment to begin with.The first time they sprayed they turned off the fan so the apartment never got aired out as it was -31C outside and I couldn't open the window, and they left the paper saying when it was safe to enter the suite in the suite.No roaches found during the second spray either as all traps were marked as good. They did all of the above again during the second spray, despite me calling and asking for the tiniest sliver of courtesy, except this time they pulled all the drawers out in the kitchen and dumped them on the counter along with some garbage they left.I have a cat and lifelong respiratory sensitivity to stuff like fumes. No roaches were spotted after the 2 transits from the plumbing from their first initial treatment. Must be quite lucrative to use a treatment plan for severe infestations on every single residence despite what their own site says. I'm sure they'll find a reason to need to spray again within the month.Turns out plugging my drains did more than their treatment did for protection. Wish I knew sooner.
I had James as an exterminator. He came to my place when I told him I had an infestation of mice.. He put out bait stations but that is it. What kind of exterminator does not seal up the entry points? I ended up removing the bait stations as they were just feeding the mice and not killing them. I have purchased an ultrasonic device that gets rid of mice and it’s worked like a charm. I give this company a thumbs down, especially their exterminator James

Thank you and shout out goes to Spider Bob for coming and spraying my house/yard against spiders! He comes faithfully every year, does a great job, always positive and happy, good communication and punctual. I have been having been dealing with Spider Bob since 2021!
I must express my disappointment with their overall performance. Despite scheduling multiple treatments, I found that the pest issues in my home have not improved at all. Each appointment left us feeling frustrated and inconvenienced, as we had to evacuate our home for several hours, only to discover that the problem persisted.The service personnel appeared rushed and did not properly address the root cause of the infestation. Additionally, the communication from the company was lacking; my inquiries about the effectiveness of the treatments went unanswered.Overall, I would not recommend this pest control service. It has caused more stress than relief, and I am left wondering if the money spent was worth it. I am now looking for a more reliable company that can truly solve the pest issues without constant follow-ups and disruption to my household.
