Garrett ensured everything (external foundation spraying & inspection, mouse bait stations inspected & serviced, as well as spraying inside the garage) were completed to my complete satisfaction. Provided great service, was very professional, friendly, easy to talk with, and provided answers to all questions I posed. Great service!!

Alex did a great job! He called to let me know he was on his way, he was professional but still personable. He was a pleasure to talk to. He explained exactly what he was looking for and what he was going to do and after he was done he explained what he did and his findings. Thanks for sending him!

I have a cabin in a very wooded area of Virginia. The carpenter bees and woodpeckers were really enjoying the exterior wood of my cabin. I contacted Bugout and they sent out Jacob Longworth to address the issue. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained that the bees would bore into the wood to make homes for themselves and offspring. So that causes the initial damage. Then the woodpeckers would come and do some damage trying to get the bees. Jacob treated my cabin to keep the bees from boring and that in turn kept the woodpeckers from being attracted to my cabin.

I chose mckneely/bug out because they’ve always been a great company. Boy was that the biggest mistake of my life. I left them alone in my house and I came home to damage on my front door, holes in my walls, scratches on every wall of my house, greasy hand prints all over everything. He had even eaten lunch and threw his trash in my bedroom floor! I found an empty Gatorade bottle the same flavor and expiration that were in my fridge thrown in my closet. I immediately told the supervisor when i got home and sent pictures to him. The only thing they offered was to turn it into insurance, which they obviously had to do. Then i asked for the labor charge to be taken off and apparently that was too much to ask. So then I asked for the payment to be deferred until after the insurance was figured out which I was told in writing would happen. I just got a late notice so I guess that wasn’t done either. I have never had to deal with such a nightmare or incompetence. A couple of the techs I worked with were nice but this is an absolute catastrophe overall.

UPDATE
Just wanted to give a little update. No one bothered to reach out. Nearly 8000 dollars of damage to my house. 2 months later I’m still dealing with insurance to get it fixed. Not a single person in management felt the need to apologize or come out or do a single thing for me. This whole thing has been absolutely unimaginable. Please pick any other company so you don’t have to go through this.
