Service was poor. Always requested indoor surveillance and treatment if needed at every visit but technician failed to perform services as requested. They only want to spray outside for prevention but I'm not sure that they are performing service as they are gone when text says that they have arrive. Poor communication.

This driver, just now almost crashed into me, while on the phone and then gets mad like it's my fault. Then further ahead of me, he is not letting people over, doing under the speed limit and swerving.
I feel Orkin has always provided great services. It really does matter which one, their technicians always have great knowledge of the service you are requesting. I had my monthly mosquitos service and as soon as I came outside, I could tell an immediate difference. The technician was very professional and helpful. I feel he was very passionate about our concerns. He listen and was very attentive to what we had to say. He provided my us with helpful information about mosquitos and gave us great tips on how to reduce as many as we could. He paid special attention to our problem areas and was very thorough. I have tried other services in the past and no one has provided service like Orkin. They are human so if you have an issue, call the office and someone will respond and resolve the issue without any hassle. I give them high recommendations.Satisfied customer
