Daniel provided outstanding service at our home. He was polite, professional, and took the time to explain the services he would be performing. Before getting started, he asked thoughtful questions about our experience since the last visit to make sure any unmet needs were addressed. He answered all of my questions in detail and performed the service exceptionally. It’s wonderful to see such a professional standard being upheld by the incredible people at Ray’s Pest Control. Daniel was very thorough when he came out for our quarterly spray. He ensured he got every area and even took the time to apply spray to our upper windows which are hard to reach. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the products he was using and made sure to let us know that they would not be harmful to our dogs.
There was a gentleman named Lonnie. He was very polite and friendly. I could talk to him all day if I could. Very nice man. Please make sure he knows how appreciated I am of his service.
I filled out and online form off the site and about 15-20 minutes later I got a call to get seen. Very fast and friendly! Only gave 4 stars (for now) because I just got the call, the work hasn't been done just yet.
Thank Heaven for Stacey at Ray’s Pest Control! He made short work of this Bald Face Hornet nest. We’ve used Ray’s since 2006 for interior and exterior services. We highly recommend them!
