Owner's wife told exterminator to charge me 195 dollars for a one bedroom apt, when other customers are charged 95 dollars. Try to support Black owned business only to be ripped off as a returning customer.

My wife and I recently hired Triad Pest Control through recommendation of a neighbor after we discovered we had carried some stowaways (Bedbugs) from a trip the beginning of the year. My first reason for choosing Triad was that I was able to speak to someone who could help me immediately. I spoke with Bo who explained the process to me and answered all my questions. Other places just told me they would have someone call me back. We had a scheduled date to begin on Monday and the evening before Nick, our treatment technician, spoke with me at length on the phone and explained all the things we needed to do in order to be prepared for their visit the following morning. Nick showed up on time and was professional, cordial, and personable. We went through the inspection process and he began his treatment. Throughout the treatment he sent videos of what was going on inside the house. The next day we returned home and began the long process of putting our home and belongings back in order. It has been quite the process but thanks to the team at Triad Pest Control we feel like our problem has been properly handled and we can finally sleep in our own bed. I can't speak highly enough of Nick and would recommend him and Triad Pest Control to anyone who asks for a recommendation.
