Vince did a great job. He called to tell us he was 10 minutes away before the appointment and was very courteous. He was one of the most thorough servicemen we’ve had (although everyone at BBB has been great!)

My first time working with Bug Blue Bug Solutions was a great experience. Vanessa, Paul and Finally Charles. All fantastic representatives. Charles was amazing and very knowledgeable. He was kind and courteous. He made sure to answer all my questions and even was open to me telling him if there was anything he could do to improve. I could think of anything because I couldn’t ask for more. I’d recommend this company to anyone in need like my family has been. BBS is the way to go!
Vince was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything as he went along, talked through nexts steps, and was extremely professional. He wore shoe covers to protect the floors, check to make sure it was ok before entering new spaces, and was very thorough making sure to ask questions to fully understand what the issue was and make sure treatments were kid friendly too. Vince was great and gave us peace of mind around our pest issues.
