Lee was great. He took extra care to address my one area of concern: a new wasp nest, right at the lower corner of my sliding glass door. He noted in his report that I should expect it to take 2 weeks to take full effect, but I'm already seeing huge improvement (treatment was yesterday). So glad to be a regular customer of Pointe Pest Control.The amount paid is my usual monthly fee. There was no additional charge to exterminate the wasps.
Any employee who comes to spray is always pleasant to speak with and explains what they're doing. And my house has been spider and wasp free which is much appreciated! Ben was great!
