Usually when Todd stops by for his monthly visit, I am on the westside. Today I happened to be on the Eastside. I appreciate that he came to the door and introduced himself to me. While I see his photo every month when I check the portal after his visit, I like that we have now met in person. I appreciate the excellent job that Todd does in keeping us as bug free as possible for a place in the wood.
Very professional technician who clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Excellent customer service and very clear communication. Spoke highly of his company and their support of the community. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time!
James came out to treat our house for wasps / spiders and did an awesome job! We’re a couple weeks in with noticeably less yellow jackets hanging out on the porches. He was careful around our pet areas and made sure to communicate when he thought the weather wouldn’t cooperate and recommended we reschedule for an optimal treatment. We would definitely have him out again. Thank you!
James Shadden came to perform the service for both my home and my Moms home next door. He was very knowledgeable, addressed our concerns, and did a wonderful and professional job. We had ongoing issues with wasps and thanks to James at Prosite we are back to being able to enjoy outdoors without the swarms! Definitely recommend 100%!
