We’ve had an excellent experience with our new pest control technician, Steven Gaines. From the very beginning, he has demonstrated a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail. He quickly identified an issue with one of our traps being placed upside down—something that ultimately helped us uncover gaps in our previous service and improve our overall pest control process once we switched over to Sprague. (Best decision we've ever made!!!)Beyond his technical skill, what really stands out is his attitude. He consistently brings a positive, respectful energy to every visit and builds strong rapport with all personnel on site. He is easy to work with, communicates clearly, and always follows through on what he says he will do.He goes above and beyond the expected scope of work, takes initiative when something doesn’t look right, and genuinely cares about doing the job correctly.
