Exterminator Tech Lomax came to our apartment and immediately figured out the point of entry for the vermin. He had it sealed up with copper mesh netting, poison, and plaster. He gave a lot of great advice (we bought a door guard on his advice) and advocated on our behalf with our super. He left behind traps too. He was professional, kind, and helpful. We have not seen/heard mice since.

Thank you KEB Pest Control! Excellent, quick service that was very affordable. Contacted Jenny at KEB and she was wonderful, personable, caring and a pleasure to speak with. The field technician Frederick was knowledgeable, professional, and a gentleman. We have a carpenter ant problem and he took great care to do a thorough job in stopping them and showed me what to look for in the future. Have decided to sign up for annual service! Much appreciation and gratitude to KEB!

EXCELLENCE and PROFESSIONALISM FROM START TO FINISH!!!
HIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY!!!
K.E.B. Pest Control provided outstanding service when they addressed a bed bug issue that my Mother was experiencing and they were very thorough. From the initial phone conversation with Jennie Rendo (Operations Manager) to the two exterminators (Damian and Cowan) that came out and Shava also spoke with me when Jennie was not available to speak with me. I experienced nothing but quality customer service. They were all very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to my questions and concerns. I was impressed by their expertise in quickly resolving a problem that had been plaguing my home for months. Their responsiveness, efficiency, and honesty made me feel very comfortable trusting them with this important task. My expectations have been exceeded and I would not hesitate to recommend K.E.B. Pest Control to anyone in need of an exterminator. 5 stars!
I don't know what the K.E.B. in K.E.B. Pest Control stands for but I have a few proposals of what it should stand for. Feel free to contact me Jennie.
NOTE: The previous exterminator company that my Mother hired was dishonest and were not thorough. Thank you K.E.B. for saving the day.
Thanks Damian and Cowan! Thank you Jennie and Shava!
