Exterminator Tech Lomax came to our apartment and immediately figured out the point of entry for the vermin. He had it sealed up with copper mesh netting, poison, and plaster. He gave a lot of great advice (we bought a door guard on his advice) and advocated on our behalf with our super. He left behind traps too. He was professional, kind, and helpful. We have not seen/heard mice since.
