We signed up for termite and bug prevention on a Wednesday, an inspection was done, 3days later a technician came and treated my property inside and outside. It took 4 hours and I felt so bad for the technician Jordan Echandia for having to work hard in the heat outdoors with 98° temperatures.Jordan was very pleasant and friendly, he was dressed clean and neat, was very professional. He did a very thourgh job and put my property back where it belonged after spraying. Jordan informed us of an issue we had under the house that we would not have known about if he had not needed to go under the house. We are very pleased with his service, hope he continues working with Ram Pest and he is the technician that will be the technician that comes every 3 months to service our home. I don't think I need to say too much. Ram Pest has a near-perfect score amongst hundreds of reviews, and it's not hard to see why . I've been a client for several years and have yet to encounter any issues with their service. Their techs show up on schedule, their pricing is competitive, and they stand by their work. 100% recommended.
We've been with Ram Pest for a few years, no complaints at all. Every service tech that has been to the house has been great. But the service we had today with Angel was the best yet. He took the time to answer my mom's questions about spraying today and the forecasted rain tomorrow. He was considerate of the out door cats sleeping and food places, and of the fruit trees. When he was done, Angel was polite and had so much patience while my mom wrote out her check. And mom with her conversational chatter. Angel also talked about some of the other services offered. Not in a way to exploit money, but in a concerned suggestive way because the problem is on the rise in the community. Would I recommend Ram Pest? ABSOLUTELY!
On time every time. They are trustworthy and responsible. I say this because there have been times I have forgotten and I am not home. I have given them my gate code and they have completed the spray, which I appreciate. Super friendly tech's, and always explain everything they are going to do before they do it. I have dogs, so I can always say no to the lawn treatment. Lastly, when you call the office, you always get a live person. I am old, so I appreciate that too. I would definitely recommend them.
Fernando did a great job. He was very polite. It did start raining over 2 hours later when he left.
