We feel confident that he and Truly Nolen are going to take care of our pest issues. i had a great experience with jose luis villa from truly nolen, branch 047, chicano center in yuma az . i had been slightly worried about pricing & they worked with me to find plans that suited my needs . from the moment they arrived at my home (i was half asleep) he greeted me & explained throughly exactly what & how the process would be like, i told him about the issues i was concerned about & he explained exactly how the treatment/ follow up appointments would work. so thankful i was able to get my home sprayed / treated all around. as someone who works in customer service, i was very content & glad with the service he provided !!
Wow! It was so nice to get such excellent service.We had gotten a "mouse" that stole my dogs chew toys and made a nest under our stove. Jose was dealt a difficult job of moving a well installed appliance....but, he did it. Found and removed all the mess, and reinstalled my stove!! Wow.After setting the traps, he went further and told me of additional services that I was unaware we're included with my purchase. He completed all work with a smile.I am so pleased. We called for a termite inspection in Yuma. David came out and did your inspection and gave us information on their programs to keep pest away. He was very polite and informative. As a result, we decided to go with their general pest control Jose Luis villa at branch 047 in Yuma AZ came right out the next day to start the program. He too was informative, polite and timely. It was really nice of him to call to remind me he was on his way.
