Steven was very quick and responsive with his communication. His crew spent several days meticulously repairing cracks and stucco damage that had accumulated over the last 20 years. They were careful about covering windows and other things that weren’t being painted, and they even helped coordinate the replacement of some window screens that had suffered damage years ago. We are quite satisfied with the results and highly recommend.
The crew really did a great job. Here’s what else was exceptional about them: 1) I was in a time crunch to get the interior painting of my entire house done. They were all booked out but were able to fit my job in to there schedule 2) both my wife and my son work from home. The crew worked around their schedules and didn’t disrupt or inconvenience them at all. They also arrived when they said they would, cleaned up every evening and gave us a professional and really good looking job. Also they checked on any necessary touchups. We highly recommend them.
9/29/2025There should be 10 stars. Steven of House Painters Phoenix and his team are above and beyond when it comes to customer service, job completion and satisfaction. Steven came out the same day I called. We walked around and he pointed out what needed to be done and what they would do. The list I had to be done was exactly what Steven saw. Steven had color swatches, so I did not need to go searching colors. I made my choice, and he got the paint. His team was always professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with and worked hard. They were prompt everyday they needed to be here and each day they cleaned up. Once the job was completed Steven came out and we walked around the house and if there was anything needed correction, they would take care of it. Nothing had to be corrected. It was done right the first time. The key for me was communication, honesty, professional and friendly attitude. Steven of House Painters Phoenix and his team have it all. I definitely recommend Steven and his team. I did not go wrong on this choice to have my house painted.
Steve and his crew were amazing, they did the entire outside of our house, but not just paint, they washed, filled in holes, screwed in loose nails, and made sure every detail was done properly. They would show up on time every morning and begin working, they turned a 10 day job into a 3 day job and our house looks like a completely different house and we can’t thank them enough for all their hard work and dedication to meeting our every need, we had a vision and they absolutely nailed it, we will definitely be using again and recommending to everyone!
