Josh came promptly to take a look at my faulty kitchen faucet. Explained what the problem was explicitly and was very honest about what it would cost. We finally concluded on the best and most cost effective way of sorting out the problem.

Another plumbing company worked on this issue for over a week and was unable to fix the problem. In contrast, Mr. Rooter resolved it quickly and professionally, finishing the job within just a few hours. Their technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly knew exactly how to handle the situation.
The difference in professionalism and skill was very clear. Thanks to Mr. Rooter, especially to Josh, the issue was finally fixed properly, and everything is working perfectly now. We truly appreciate their excellent work and would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone in need of reliable and professional plumbing service.

Victoria was very accommodating by sending help one day earlier than expected. Our toilet was plugged up badly. She sent Josh over who used his commercial grade snake to unplug it. Josh was very personable and courteous. Thank you to both of you. We will recommend your company to anybody that requires your services.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this company is. The woman who answered my call was very friendly and was able to have a technician at my door within a couple of hours. Josh was very knowledgeable, super capable and went above and beyond to remove the toy my toddler decided to flush as well as replace old parts and valves, leaving my toilet in better working order and condition than when he arrived. Highly recommend!
