We have used Strike several times and each time it was a great experience. James was awesome and very professional, he clearly knows his stuff. They didn't overcharge and were able to give us tips and tricks on what to do in the future. I don't think we would use anyone else in the future.
James has helped us out on two occasions and the service has been excellent both times. The first was an emergency drain clearing and they came out immediately, same day, and fixed it in minutes. The second time was a blown water heater (again, an emergency) and they installed a new one very quickly. Both visits were at a SUPER reasonable price. The thing I was really impressed with was the attention to detail. Our previous heater had been installed somewhat sloppily and piped incorrectly, but Strike fixed that in a really clean way. And fixing that wasn't even in the purview of the job or strictly necessary for functionality; it just bothered them to see it done wrong in the first place.
