Alvin and Christian (the installers) did a really good job. They tried to clean up after but didn't break their own cleaning supplies and had to use my own personal items. Overall though, professional and courteous.Only (big) issue was the initial salesman who came in and tried to oversell services and when asked for justification, he just said, "trust me". None of the oversold recommendations were necessary for the problem and ended up overpaying for a much simpler job which took over a month to get a refund.I cannot understate the guy's complete disregard of my concerns and only focus on upselling. This is only one guy and not reflective of the rest of the company.

I had a great experience with Kurtis today. My water softener was leaking, we shut it off and waited about a month before we called for service. Kurtis came on time, ended up finding no issue but ran several tests to ensure proper function before he left. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with!
