We had an emergency at our office, our boiler failed and pipes froze and burst in multiple places. E.W. Tompkins came out within a few hours of me calling them. They also had a way for me to send pictures so the technician could have all the parts needed when he first arrived instead of having to make multiple trips. They stayed well beyond their working hours to make sure the job was complete and our pipes were repaired that same day. They were wonderful to work with from beginning to end.

Have to write a review of my positive interaction with this company. Helene was prompt in returning my call for a boiler emergency (she was the only one who did out of the 6 I reached out to). She quickly checked if they'd be able to help and when they couldn't, referred me to several companies that would (which she did not have to do). If I have any plumbing issues in future I will return, thank you!
EW Tompkins was great. Helene in the office was very pleasant and professional. Avery arrived early and was most efficient resolving our main drain issue and the pricing was very fair. I worked with folks on the commercial side years ago and it was nice to see the residential team is top notch too.
Toilet and ejector pump were both shot. EW Tompkins sent out 2 techs, and replaced the equipment quickly and carefully. Professionally done and very attentive to any customer concerns. They left me with a sense of confidence that I could depend on them for anything. Will be using them as long as I am in this house and would recommend them to anyone. A great business team!
