Reviews frequently highlight helpful, knowledgeable counter staff and strong follow-through on locating hard-to-find parts. Customers note good communication and updates during complex orders. A smaller number of reviews mention inconsistent interactions depending on which associate assists at the counter.

Webb is always so helpful, they freely share their knowledge of products and best applications for the job. I can not say enough about their customer service.

Paul was a incredible help today. I called with a large issue of not having heat and hot water in 3 weeks. Parts were back ordered elsewhere and he personally took on my problem. He was in contact with me several times and ended up helping with the solution! He was the first helpful person in all of this. Thank you!

Went in here yesterday seeking parts to hook up a stove- Start we d of great with a polite young man directly inside at the parts counter. He directed me and my boyfriend into a side room to peak with someone in HVAC. Lady at the desk in there, super kind, polite, couple of employees having friendly banter... enjoying work life... QUE the guy they called to help me.. First off... WHAT A tool!! Could barely be bothered to listen to what I was asking... he got uncomfortably emotional over some questions.... turned bright red in the face and was obviously triggered by a woman asking for some guidance about parts- the whole interaction was incredibly uncomfortable-- Like to the point where we just left while he was still red face ranting about how he couldn't help someone who wasn't a contractor- I went pretty much next door to the other pipe supply place and we all had a good laugh about how many people have done just that after dealing with THAT GUY who is not kind, polite or even good at his iob.... they helped me out with what I need.... and I will forever tell people to avoid F.W. Webb like the plague.

Fw Webb has always been my go to distributor. Why? They make things happen, ask later, always deliver. This is a business relationship! Had a “one off” situation… the legend Steve Knapp never left my side. Took forever, but from the original ask, completely out of his / webbs control 100%. I enjoy doing business with a true professional. Thank you????

Friendly helpful people for all plumbing and heating supplies. Huge warehouse and reasonable prices. Way better then a big box store. Just make sure you know what tou need before going. There is a 25% restocking fee. Still cheaper then a service call. I picked up some boiler cleaning tools and new firebox.
There is also a show room for baths that I did not visit.
