I am so happy I called RV Danza about our plumbing issues. I am a new client to them, and I was able to get an appointment withinn24 hours of my phone call to them. Robbie, the technician, was great. He was able to fix all of our issues, explained things very well, worked very cleanly, and cleaned up well. He was also pleasant and polite. I am so happy to have a new and reliable plumbing company to count on.
I reached out to RV Danza Plumbing for the installation of a back up sump pump. Danza Plumbing got back to me right away. The office staff were very professional, and made an appointment for Bob to come out and look at the job. Bob came out (without charging anything for the visit, I might add) and answered all of my questions/concerns along with providing an estimate. Based on that very positive interaction I went ahead and booked an appointment time. The crew arrived on time (within the window). This crew was first class! Everyone introduced themselves, and were available to answer the additional questions I had. Bob was also there initially to make sure we were all on the same page. The work proceeded wothout a hitch, and the back up is in place. The crew cleaned up after they were done, and we are very happy. We will definately use RV Danza in the future! Thanks everyone!
