I was in a total panic when not only did my shower water not drain but water started coming out from under the tub and then the toilet when I flushed. Stacy sent Greg and Alex within an hour for which I will be forever grateful. Diuretics and one non-functioning bathroom is a very scary prospect! Greg and Alex had both been here before for different jobs at different times and did GREAT work but they went above and beyond to calm me while they were very thorough in fixing the problem. I called Paul during a recent heat wave. I was out of town and my wife was working from home-it was 87 degrees in the house. The owner Paul was there within an hour. He diagnosed and attempted to repair my outdoor unit. Sadly the old R22 dinosaur had given up. Paul installed a state of the art Bosch heat pump system for me. He worked in the attic when it was in the 90’s. I’ve had Taub do work for me in the past and I am always very pleased with the outcome. Personable, professional, prompt. Will continue to gladly give out their name.
We hired Taub's one week ago today to flush clogged pipes and replace a part of the pipe that is the main outlet. The replacement is fine but they did NOT unclog the pipes correctly so now the sink is backing up and draining/spilling out of the dishwasher and there is a leak on the floor level of the basement. It's the weekend so I have to wait until Monday unless I want to pay for emergency services. At this point I'm tossing any drain water out onto the lawn and I'm afraid to do laundry because the slop sink is backing up again. I'm hoping I can continue to use the toilets but who knows.Fixed?ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Surprised to read some of the negative comments about Taub Heating & Plumbing Services and sorry that some did not have a good experience with Taub.My experience with Taub has been excellent, I call them whenever something goes wrong with my furnace and they come in a matter of hours.Stacy responds to all calls in a professional manner and cares about the customer's issue.Paul (Owner) is a good guy, friendly, responsible father, detailed and takes his job very seriously plus has a great team of experts in heating and plumbing.He has a good name and a company to protect and if someone has had a problem with the work done or unsatisfied with it, he will make sure it is done properly.So please give his business a chance so that wrongs or errors can be corrected and everyone leaves happy.This is an actual customer review and not a paid endorsement!
There Plumbing skills are masterful. But there's another part to this company that I'd like to speak about, 7 years ago we had a boiler installed by them, they installed a common boiler but they created an elaborate system of shut-off valves so it would be easy to maintain in the future. On 11-1-17 I called because the pressure valve was leaking, not only did they remember me, but they were concerned and they came at the end of they work day. My wife and myself are disabled. I guess that shows you the character of this company. Thank You, Taub Heating & Plumbing.
