Professional, but relaxed. They quickly figured out what needed to be done and explained it to to me. I was impressed when they brought out the drain camera and showed the issue to me.Now that the work is done, I am still impressed. They fixed the problem and worked with the city inspectors and even fixed an issue where a screw had pierced a sewage pipe and was causing a leak I did not even know about!Highly recommend!
I had three companies cole out to try and solve the problem of water in my basement. Brownlee Plumbing listened to my issue with our drain pipe/sewer when other plumbers did not. They sent a camera down the pipe, and when they could not fully determine what was going on, they dug it up. They found the leak and replaced the old pipe with PVC. All the workmen were very courteous!
