My husband and I are so very grateful that we found The Plumbing Genius! They came to give a same-day estimate to replace our hot water heater and they installed the same day too!! The water heater was replaced very fast and we were surprised! We thought the job would take several hours and I think they finished in 90 minutes! Outstanding service... twice now! We’ve used The Plumbing Genius two times for unrelated issues, and both experiences were fantastic. Most recently, they came out at 10 PM and had the problem fixed within an hour. They were prompt, professional, and extremely helpful. We especially were grateful that they explained every step of what they were doing, which gave us real peace of mind. They also cleaned up everything before leaving. Truly top-notch service!
I had a great overall experience with Plumbing Genius today. They were punctual and very professional. They were able to successfully clear our drain line and now we can wash clothes again without the risk of our drain lines overflowing. We also saw they install and service water filtration systems. We asked them if they could exchange the filter for our water softener and they were able to do that as well while they were here at my home. They earned a customer for life and when (not if) I ever need a plumber again, I will not hesitate to call them.
