I got quotes for my plumbing work, and the plumber came to my home to give me an estimate. I needed a bathtub, a toilet, and new faucets installed in my bathroom and kitchen. The quote was high, but I was told it would take at least a day… in the end, it was a total of 4.5 hours of work and an exorbitant price for so little work done… since we “accepted” the quote, we’re stuck with this outrageous amount to pay… we learn from our mistakes, and our mistake was doing business with them. However, the work itself was well done.

I received terrible service and I will never return to this place. They tried everything to accuse me of having damaged a purchase that was already broken upon delivery. I will shop elsewhere with better service in the future.
